About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can understand technology deeply and communicate it simply.

This is not a documentation-heavy or diagram-focused role. We are looking for someone who can take complex concepts—such as AI agents, LLMs, automation, healthcare RCM, conversational AI, NLP, APIs, cloud technologies and enterprise AI—and turn them into clear, engaging and technically credible written content.

You will work closely with technology, product, business and leadership teams to build Contiinex's voice across its website, thought leadership, blogs, product content and other digital channels.

What You'll Do

• Research and write high-quality technical content around AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, automation, healthcare technology and enterprise software.
• Translate complex technical concepts into content that is understandable to technology leaders, healthcare executives and business stakeholders without oversimplifying the subject.
• Write long-form and short-form content including:
• Technical blogs
• Technology explainers
• Thought leadership articles
• Website and product content
• Product/solution explainers
• Case studies
• Whitepapers and reports
• LinkedIn and other social content
• Executive thought-leadership pieces
• Conduct independent research using credible technology, healthcare and industry sources.
• Work with subject matter experts, product teams and engineers to understand products, architecture and technical concepts.
• Interview internal experts and convert their knowledge into polished, audience-friendly content.
• Develop content around emerging areas such as Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI automation, conversational AI, NLP, voice AI and healthcare AI.
• Develop content that explains how technology translates into real business and operational outcomes, particularly within healthcare RCM.
• Maintain technical accuracy while ensuring content is engaging, readable and relevant to the target audience.
• Repurpose technical research into multiple content formats and channels.
• Work with marketing and leadership teams to build a consistent technology narrative and point of view for Contiinex.
• Stay current with developments in AI, enterprise technology, healthcare technology and the broader technology ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in technical writing, technology content, B2B SaaS content, enterprise technology content or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of technology and the ability to independently research unfamiliar technical topics.
• Excellent written English with strong command over clarity, structure, grammar and storytelling.
• Ability to explain complex technology in simple, precise language.
• Strong research skills and the ability to distinguish credible technical information from superficial or generic AI content.
• Comfortable interacting with engineers, architects, product managers and technology leaders.
• Ability to ask the right questions and extract technical information from subject matter experts.
• Strong interest in AI, software, enterprise technology and emerging technologies.
• Ability to write for different audiences—from technical practitioners to CXOs and business leaders.
• Strong editorial judgement and attention to technical accuracy.

Good to Have

• Experience writing about AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, NLP, automation or SaaS.
• Exposure to healthcare technology, healthcare RCM, fintech, insurance technology or other enterprise domains.
• Experience creating content for a B2B technology or SaaS company.
• Basic understanding of APIs, cloud computing, software architecture, data, integrations and enterprise applications.
• Experience writing for technology decision-makers or enterprise buyers.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content research tools.
