About this Technical Certification Engineer role at Quality People
Our client URGENTLY requires Technical Certification Engineer for 11 months+ Contracts in Williamtown, NSW.
The Technical Certification Engineer will provide specialist engineering and airworthiness certification expertise in support of capability development and sustainment. You will contribute to requirements, design, integration, and systems engineering activities, with a strong focus on certification, airworthiness compliance, and risk management for aircraft configuration changes.
Skills and Experience required includes:
- Deliver aircraft certification activities, including configuration and software changes, working closely with Defence and industry stakeholders.
- Review and assess airworthiness documentation and compliance evidence, ensuring alignment with applicable standards.
- Identify and manage engineering risks, issues, and system safety considerations, contributing to clear, risk-based recommendations.
- Provide engineering advice across systems engineering activities, including requirements, design, integration, verification and validation, and test and evaluation.
Must have (minimum) NV1 security clearance.
