Join our Supply Chain and Manufacturing Team

Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world.

 

With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships.

 

It’s fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.

 

About this role

The role is accountable for the effective execution of technical, quality, compliance, and assurance standards across the Indonesia Supply Chain, ensuring operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with global requirements.

 

The role translates technical and assurance strategy into robust site-level execution, strengthening risk management, quality assurance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.

 

The role partners with Supply Chain leadership and key functions to identify and mitigate operational risks, embed effective controls, and drive a culture of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

 

The role supports ISO, customer, internal, and global governance audits, ensuring effective management of findings and sustainable corrective actions, while contributing to reliable, agile, and cost-effective supply chain performance.

 

You will be responsible for:

·        Technical, Quality & Compliance: Implement global, regional, customer, and regulatory technical and quality requirements across Indonesia Supply Chain, monitor compliance and identify gaps, risks, and required actions, provide technical guidance to Indonesia site.

·        Risk & Audit Assurance: Identify and manage technical, quality, compliance, and operational risks, Coordinate ISO, customer, internal, regulatory, and global audits, Track audit findings and ensure corrective actions are completed and effective.

·        Continuous Improvement: Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for key issues, Identify recurring problems and improve processes, controls, and standards, Drive improvements in quality, compliance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

·        Governance & Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective assurance routines, controls, reporting, and action tracking, Provide clear visibility of key risks, issues, audit findings, and performance to Supply Chain leadership, Work with key functions to resolve issues and strengthen operational controls.

·        Capability & Quality Culture: Build technical, quality, and compliance capability across Supply Chain teams, Promote ownership, accountability, and a strong quality and compliance culture, Share best practices and support implementation of regional and global initiatives.

 

The required qualifications for this role are:

3–5+ years of experience in technical, quality, assurance, operations, or manufacturing roles within FMCG, food & beverage, or related industries. Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Packaging, Supply Chain, or related discipline. Strong understanding of technical standards, quality systems, regulatory requirements, manufacturing processes, and supply chain operations.
