What’s the role all about?
NiCE Actimize is currently seeking a Business Analyst Manager to join our Professional Services team at the Global Talent Center in Pune, India. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in implementing complex on-premise and hosted SaaS Actimize solutions. You’ll lead a high-performing team of business analysts delivering compliance, risk management, and financial crime solutions to Financial Institution (FI) clients.
You are someone who thrives in a consulting environment, brings strong business acumen, and excels at translating complex requirements into actionable outcomes. If you have hands-on experience in the BFSI sector, particularly in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Fraud Prevention, and are passionate about building and mentoring teams—this is the opportunity for you.
How will you make an impact?
- Lead the BA practices and BA professionals within Professional Services portfolio
- Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and support the implementation of NICE Actimize Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) solutions.
- Custodian of BA best practices and processes embed these practices with BA team
- Provide on-going support for BA in project teams where necessary to improve BA activities and the quality of business analysis deliverables.
- Plan and closely monitor business analysis activities of all BAs in
- Ensure both business and system requirements are well analyzed, modeled and documented
- Assist project teams in prioritizing, balancing and managing BA works to ensure sufficient requirements ready for delivery
- Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary
- Work closely with stakeholders and change management to identify impacts to business processes because of system or application changes
- Evaluate effectiveness of solution delivery (SDLC) tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Liaise and collaborate with internal external stakeholders as required
- Coaching and training programs for the BA team
Have you got what it takes?
- 15 years of IT experience of which 10 years in a BA role with minimum 3 years’ leading BA Team
- Working knowledge of payment systems and payment journeys across different regions and payment methods globally, such as domestic and international payments, real-time payments, SEPA, SWIFT/Wire, and other payment rails
- Familiar with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience of working in BFS domain. Experience in Fraud detection is must
- Should be comfortable understanding code and writing SQL queries
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, model and communicate complex business requirements
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguous situations
- Experienced in building best practices, initiating, and successfully managing business process improvement initiatives to completion
- Experienced in innovative customer experiences, customer engagement and project delivery
