The position demands a balance of strategic thinking, technical insight, and clear communication to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve delivery quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals with client expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Strong understanding of compensation management processes and their integration within enterprise systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
