The position / About the Job:
In this job the Team Manager Manufacturing ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently to get predicable and sustainable output. As process owner be responsible for:
Daily load & unloading activity and maintain TAKT for three shift for Conveyor cell.
Drive the team towards the Objectives and Goals.
New development i.e. component, programming fixture & tooling.
Review and release Manufacturing Orders.
M.O. execution and operation booking on daily basis as per production plan.
Scheduling of the Manufacturing orders on weekly and monthly basis as per the customer orders and the internal capacity.
Daily conducting ALPS/DSB meetings for Conveyor cell.
Timely communication to Mfg. unit about delay of components for rescheduling Mos./Load
Monitor daily value addition for the cell
Monitor the daily performance/ output of the cell.
Monitor MO DOT of the cell
Communication about delay well in advance, so that can be communicated to Customers.
Making of MRD and MRV of excess component.
Making a presentation for fortnightly meeting of Manufacturing.
Maintain PI and KPI parameter.
Involve in new tools, jigs & fixture.
Rework hours and loss of hours monitoring
Capacity vs Load checking for all available machines
Supplier development for Reducing Cost
Equipment status check
Communication to all for PRP support
Preparation of Kaizens and PRPs as and when implemented.
Quality issues Handling
Communication to Order handler and planner about any change in delay & shortages.
Accident & claim analysis & further communication.
ALPS,5s, HSC,QMS audit, aspect and HIRA review & BB , GB DEMAIC projects.
QMS & QHSE Requirements:
Preparation for ISO audits and attend the audits as per schedule
Ensure safety requirements as pe EMS & OHSAS.
Check near miss report, W&T and bbs observations on monthly basis.

Direct Responsible for:
Executing conveyor manufacturing operations in accordance with customer requirements and quality standards.
Actively participating in the development and implementation of welding and machining technologies with high level processes.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to welding quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Driving the implementation of PRPs, Kaizen activities, and other continuous improvement programs.
Contributing to productivity enhancement projects, consumable cost reduction initiatives, process optimization efforts, and product costing updates.
Indirect Responsible for:
Improvement in his own area of operation
Welding technology development in other cells.

What you can be?
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering with 5-7 year experience of welding and machining manufacturing.
Process knowledge of welding & Machining for Conveyor.
Resource planning
Product knowledge
QMS and HSE knowledge
KPI parameter.
IT tools
Soft skill of MS word, excel and Power Point
Good communication and presentation skills
