We are looking for a Team Manager to lead our Recordals team within IP Service Operations. You’ll be responsible for both the people and operational side of the team, creating the right environment for colleagues to develop and perform while ensuring strong, consistent service delivery. The role also offers plenty of scope to work across teams, solve operational challenges, and improve processes.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments   

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience 
• Proficient in English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• 5 years of relevant experience within Intellectual Property (IP), operations, or a similar service-focused environment

It would be great if you also have . . .   

• Experience in a people management or team leadership role

What will you be doing in this role?  

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the team, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery against customer and business requirements.
• Take ownership of team performance, using KPIs and SLAs to monitor results, identify risks and gaps, and drive appropriate actions.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, performance discussions, and development planning.
• Manage team capacity, training, staffing, and business continuity to ensure the team has the right support and coverage to deliver successfully.
• Act as a key point of escalation for complex operational and client issues, working collaboratively to find effective solutions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and ensure clear, timely communication and reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to strengthen quality, simplify processes, and improve efficiency through projects and automation.
• Ensure processes, documentation, and team practices meet relevant policy, compliance, and audit requirements.

About the Team    

IP Recordals is a global team of 60+ colleagues across Serbia and India, with around 30 colleagues based in Belgrade. The team works closely across locations and with other teams throughout the business to deliver high-quality IP services to our customers.

As Team Manager, you’ll be part of this global environment, leading and supporting colleagues in Belgrade while collaborating closely with teams and stakeholders across locations. You’ll play an important role in the team’s day-to-day delivery, development, and continuous improvement.

Hours of Work 

This is a full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone. This is a hybrid position, and you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
