MINIMUM REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS
- Thorough understanding of policies and best practices or risk management
- High level of initiative, accountability, and self-motivation
- The ability to build a productive and highly engaged work environment
- Maintain calmness and composed under tight pressure and provocations
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for seeing things through to completion
- Open to feedback and criticism
- High Attention to detail
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's/College degree
- 2-3 years of experience working as a Team Manager in Customer Service, Back Office-related account
Demonstrated competency in the following areas is also required:
- Video post-production support including video editing, asset/interstitial integration, metadata updates, adbreak implementation, platform uploads, re-edit/re-export requests, and other content operations support.
- Video asset migration support including content transfer, validation, file organization, naming checks, and upload/migration tracking.
- Social media video editing support for creator content across Facebook and Snapchat, including content preparation, editing, revisions, and project-specific requirements.
- Adbreak implementation support based on video duration requirements, including review and placement of monetization segments.
- Content operations support including video processing, asset handling, and workflow tasks based on client requirements.
- Lead generation support including prospect research, lead identification, data gathering, and other activities to support sales pipeline development.
