  • Manage Ink process activities during the assigned shift.  
  • Monitor production performance and analyse process data for improvement opportunities.  
  • Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality requirements are achieved.  
  • Identify process deviations and take corrective actions.  
  • Provide technical support during normal and abnormal process conditions.  
  • Support process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.  
  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments for smooth operations.  
  • Support implementation of new processes, technologies, and product development activities with R&D.  
  • Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.  
  • Train operators on process requirements, machine operation, and best practices.  
  • Ensure ethical work practices and adherence to company values.  
  • Guide and supervise shift team members.  
  • Provide technical training and coaching to operators.  
  • Ensure employees follow standard procedures and work instructions.  
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.  
  • Ensure compliance with company EHS policies, procedures, and legal requirements.  
  • Monitor employees' adherence to safe work practices.  
  • Train employees on SOPs, workplace hazards, and safety precautions.  
  • Ensure availability and proper use of PPE, tools, and equipment.  
  • Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) and maintain safety records.  
  • Report incidents, injuries, near misses, and unsafe conditions.  
  • Ensure reporting of injuries occurring outside the workplace as per company requirements.  
  • Verify implementation of corrective actions and their effectiveness.  
  • Conduct Gemba walks and Safety Round Checks (SRC).  
  • Ensure employee participation in EHS training and awareness programs.  
  • Promote Near Miss (NM) and Safety Observation (SOSA) reporting.  
  • Ensure compliance with global EHS policies.  
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Product Safety, and GMP requirements.  
  • Monitor Ink processes to meet quality standards and specifications.  
  • Report quality deviations and product safety risks to concerned stakeholders.  
  • Ensure Change Management procedures are followed for quality-related changes.  
  • Maintain process logs, checklists, and required documentation.  
  • Ensure equipment and workplace cleanliness and hygiene standards.  
  • Support investigations of quality incidents and implementation of corrective actions.
