Your Opportunity: Taylor Warehouse and Fulfillment is looking for a Team Lead of Shipping and Receiving for our Fresno, CA location.

Work Authorization:
To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Shift:

• 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm with overtime as required, including some weekends.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities and team workflow.
• Perform shipping, receiving, handling, storage, inventory, packaging, and distribution duties.
• Load, unload, move, and store materials using appropriate material-handling equipment.
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against invoices, bills of lading, and customer orders.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, inventory discrepancies, and damaged items.
• Pick, wrap, pack, label, weigh, and prepare products for shipment.
• Operate warehouse and packaging equipment as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

You Must Have:

• Ability to safely operate a forklift and use a computer operating system to track inventory
• Capability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
• Requires a strong attention to detail.
• Math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions and decimals are required to follow instructions
• Capacity and willingness to perform repetitive tasks
• Expertise to follow safety procedures
• Ability to sit, walk, stoop/bend, kneel, squat, reach, drive (delivery of roll stock)

Requirements Within This position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
  

We Would Also Prefer:

• Prior warehouse/receiving experience in a lead capacity
  

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $23.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
