Job Description:

 

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate, partnership, individual, trust, and estate tax matters across a variety of engagements.

• Support engagement planning activities by defining tax service scope, objectives, and methodologies while collaborating closely with client management teams.

• Oversee the calculation, analysis, and delivery of tax planning strategies and recommendations for clients.

• Review and manage preparation of federal, state, local, and international tax returns, estimated payments, and extensions.

• Monitor and apply U.S. tax laws and regulations relevant to client engagements and tax compliance activities.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, networking, and business development support.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise Tax Seniors and Staff through coaching, collaboration, and performance guidance.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and support operational efficiencies.

• Manage multiple client engagements and priorities while ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion.

• Support continuous learning and technical development across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field required. EA / CPA/ CA Mandatory.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in U.S. Taxation required.

• Previous experience within a public accounting or professional services environment preferred.

• Strong knowledge of corporate, partnership, and individual taxation.

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading, supervising, or mentoring team members preferred.

• Experience working with large, multi-state, or internationally active middle-market clients preferred.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative team environments.

• Flexibility to support additional hours during peak engagement periods as needed.
