Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time (Rotational: 3 weeks on / 2 weeks off)

Marina Bay Sands is inviting expressions of interest from experienced and service-driven professionals to join our talent pool for future opportunities aboard our luxury hospitality chartering yacht operations.
We are building a pipeline of qualified candidates to support our continued commitment to delivering world-class service at sea.
Roles We Are Pipelining For:
- Captain, Chief & Second Officer
- Chief, Second & Third Engineer
- Bosun & Deckhands
- Chief, Second & Third Stewards/Stewardesses
- Head & Sous Chef
- Purser, Housekeeping & Laundry Attendants
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in luxury yacht, cruise, or high-end hospitality environments
- Valid STCW certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of spoken and written English to collaborate effectively with crew members.
- Mature, meticulous, resourceful, organized, and able to work independently and under pressure.
- Maintain professional appearance ensuring highest levels of services experiences for passengers.
- Ability to travel and enter countries worldwide without restrictions and be eligible to apply for VISAS where these are required
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule (3 weeks on / 2 weeks off)
- Based in or open to relocating to Singapore
