We are looking for an experienced and driven Talent Management Senior Specialist to strengthen our talent pipeline, drive succession planning and accelerate the development of high-potential talent across our Technology & IT Digital functions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive succession planning for business-critical and leadership roles, including successor identification, readiness assessment and development planning.

Manage High-Potential (HiPo) and Mid-Potential (MiPo) talent programmes, from identification and assessment to development and progression tracking.

Facilitate talent reviews, talent calibration and succession discussions with business leaders.

Partner with Technology & Digital leaders to identify critical capabilities, talent gaps and future leadership needs.

Develop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs), career pathways, internal mobility and talent development initiatives.

Track talent management effectiveness through succession coverage, bench strength, talent retention and development metrics.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 years or more of relevant experience in Talent Management, with strong hands-on exposure to succession planning and talent development.

Proven experience managing HiPo/MiPo programmes, talent reviews and succession pipelines.

Experience supporting Technology, IT, Digital, Data or Engineering employees is highly preferred.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior leaders.

Analytical, structured and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed or global shared services environment.

Experience with Workday or other HR systems is an added advantage.
