- Working in a fast-growing international company, you will be hiring in 10+ countries all around Europe
- Active sourcing and working with international talents
- Providing the best candidate experience, being responsible for end-to-end recruiting
- Working on projects to achieve operational excellence in talent acquisition
- Stakeholder Management - working closely with hiring managers to ensure fast and smooth processes and an excellent candidate experience
- Working in changing environments - ecosio got acquired by Vertex and you will experience the full integration into Vertex
Qualifications
To connect with ecosio it is important to have…
- Fluency in English
- Experience with hiring tech roles in a growing B2B SaaS company
- Experience with international hiring with focus on Europe
- A proactive approach to finding and implementing solutions that improve hiring outcomes
- Strong task ownership
- Basic understanding of software engineering concepts and terminology
- Interest in new hiring tools and continuous improvement of our processes
- Track record as an in-house talent acquisition partner
And nice to have…
- Fluency in additional languages (German, Spanish, French, Polish etc.)
- Experience working with Greenhouse or Workday
- Experience working in a remote-first environment
- Track record using new AI recruiting tools such as Metaview/JuiceBox etc.
- Interest in Employer Branding

The minimum salary for this position is 60 000€ in Austria. Your actual salary will depend on your experience and location.
