The role
Great recruitment is felt by everyone it touches - the candidate who gets a thoughtful answer, the hiring manager who feels truly partnered with, and the team that grows stronger with every hire. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who takes ownership of all three.
As our Talent Acquisition Partner for GTM Enterprise, you'll be the dedicated recruitment partner to our Enterprise sales organization across EMEA. You'll own hiring end-to-end for roles like SDRs, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers and Sales Managers from kickoff to signed offer.
This is a 12 -month contract with real ownership from day one. Within your first few months you'll be running 7 - 10 roles in parallel, and hiring managers will see you as a clear, proactive and structured partner. Within six months, you'll own the GTM Enterprise hiring plan, be a trusted voice in Sales Directors' hiring-planning conversations, and have left your mark on how we hire in sales.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM Enterprise roles across EMEA, from kickoff to offer
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define needs, align expectations and run structured, high-quality processes
- Build proactive pipelines for current and future needs, especially for business-critical roles
- Identify talent risks and upcoming changes in the organization, and act on them early
- Run internal recruitment processes during team changes, internal moves and promotions
- Coach hiring managers on structured, unbiased interviewing and recruitment best practice
- Use data, insights and AI to keep improving hiring quality, speed and candidate experience
What will help you succeed
We think you'll thrive here if you:
- Have around 6 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter, ideally including time in a SaaS scale-up hiring sales and GTM roles in Stockholm
- Have owned full-cycle recruitment for multiple complex roles at once, balancing competing priorities and stakeholders
- Know how to influence hiring managers through structure, data and being one step ahead
- Are a hands-on sourcer who knows how to get the most out of LinkedIn Recruiter and Hiring Assistant
- Already use AI in your day-to-day work to multiply your own output and have improved recruitment processes or tools as a result
- Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken
It's a bonus if you have a background in RPO or high-volume agency recruitment, experience hiring for both volume and mid-senior roles, or have supported internal mobility or succession processes.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is proactive, structured and candidate-first. You ramp up fast, stay calm under pressure, and bring solutions. You're confident sharing a different perspective with hiring managers, and you know when it matters most. You never trade candidate experience for speed.

Practicalities
- This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.
- The position is onsite at our Stockholm HQ, and we'd love for you to start as soon as possible.
- You don't have to know Swedish – we're an English-first organization with over 50 nationalities.
At Mentimeter, we believe in fair and transparent compensation that grows with you.
The salary range for this role is SEK53,000 - SEK60,000 per month. It’s intentionally broad to reflect the different stages of growth within the role. Where an individual is placed within the range depends on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
