About this Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) role at Securecodewarrior
This position requires a hands-on recruiter with a strong track record of full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced technology or SaaS environments, ideally across a mix of technical and go-to-market roles. You'll report to the VP of People & Culture and partner closely with hiring managers across the business. The ideal candidate can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up, brings a sourcing-first mindset, and delivers a great experience for every candidate, whether or not they get the offer.
This is a 3-month contract with potential to extend based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruitment for an assigned set of open roles, from intake and sourcing through to offer and acceptance, filling priority roles within the contract period.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build interview plans, and keep hiring decisions moving quickly.
Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels to build strong, diverse pipelines.
Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience with clear, timely communication at every stage.
Keep our ATS (Lever) accurate and up to date, and provide regular pipeline and progress updates to the People & Culture team.
Leave things better than you found them: document learnings and recommend improvements to our hiring process by the end of the engagement.
Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including agency or in-house roles in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
Proven success hiring across technical roles (e.g. engineering, product, security) and/or go-to-market roles (e.g. sales, customer success, marketing).
Strong sourcing skills, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
Hands-on experience with an ATS; Lever and Gem experience is a plus.
Experience recruiting across multiple regions or time zones (e.g. North America, EMEA, APAC) is highly desirable.
Previous contract or project-based recruitment experience, with the ability to ramp up quickly.
