• Be the subject matter expert for our ATS, Ashby, maintaining data integrity and consistent ATS usage across all users

• Evaluate and introduce new tools and AI-driven automation to reduce manual work and give recruiters more time with candidates and hiring teams

• In partnership with our Marketing team and in alignment with our brand, enable all recruiters to share the Delinea story to the external talent marketplace

• 5+ years proven success in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, with 3+ years in a recruiting operations or recruiting programs role, ideally at a high growth tech or SaaS company

• Administrative experience with a modern ATS, Ashby strongly preferred (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar tools will be considered)
