The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment by ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews and assessments, managing candidate and hiring data, conducting pre-employment checks, and ensuring all compliance requirements are completed before hire.

  • Arrange interview, assessments, or testing of shortlisted candidates
  • Manage business stakeholders and TAS team members for on time completion of interviews and other formalities 
  • Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, interview, and hiring data across recruitment systems and trackers, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and timely reporting
  • Process full offer pack to candidates when all recruitment checks have been satisfied
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and coordination to ensure readiness of new hire’s requirements on Day 1
  • Initiate pre-employment contingencies to ensure required compliance are met
  • Process all reference requests and collect documents in line with Chevron requirements—chase and ensure responses are back within agreed timeline
  • Review and log all returned disclosures, informing Recruiters of the outcome where appropriate
  • Ensure background checks and requirements have been reviewed and ‘Clear for Hire’ has been communicated to the Recruiter
  • Perform candidate boarding action using the Recruiting Management System
  • Prepare job offer letters


Stakeholder Engagement

 

  • Communicate effectively and confidently at all levels, over the phone, face to face, and by email
  • Respond to queries from Recruiters, supporting and advising them to follow the correct procedures for high quality recruitment
  • Handle recruitment queries in a responsive and customer-focused way
  • Provide excellent customer service to external and internal candidates to ensure a positive experience

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or other related courses
  • At least 1-3 years work experience on recruitment and data management
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
  • Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Experience in SAP and Workday is a plus
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule 

Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, supporting business requirements across the world. Accordingly, the work hours for employees will be aligned to support business requirements. The standard work week will be Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm
