In this role, you will be lead the ATG group in the area of Autonomous Feature Implementation Team at DTNA. You will be supporting the vehicle EE Architecture activities for Autonomous Technology group. You will be supporting the component owners for ECU Extracts and Architecture related activities for Autonomous Vehicle. Coordinate ECU Extract (VMM – Vehicle Message Matrix) related activities with component owners and Vehicle Networking Group
Work with Global Vehicle Networking Team to implement Change Requests in Daimler Tool Chain.
Drive quality improvement of ECU Extracts and Features, through Mechatronics processes and provide support to the department and involved teams via problem solving and training etc.
Monitor and address ongoing production issues related to AOR with swift and thorough corrective actions including both long term and short term initiatives.
Ensure reliability and quality target by analyzing issues and be part of analyzing issues and developing solutions to address field issues.
Provide technical support and training as necessary to ATG Engineering.
Provide mentorship and cross-training to ATG department.
Take part in agile team meetings and apply tools such as Jira and Confluence

What You Drive at DTNA:

Knowledge You Should Bring:
• Requires a Bachelors Degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Requires in-depth knowledge and expertise in job field and working knowledge of related disciplines
• Uses analytical thought to independently solve complex problems with minimal guidance and identify solutions
• May lead team or department projects or work streams within broader projects
• Acts as an advisor to management and key external stakeholders on job field related projects
• Acts as a resource and guide for colleagues with less experience
• Uses experience to contribute to standards in which others will operate
Strong communication skills with analytical and problem solving skills
Exceptional Candidates Might Have:
Experience with CAN communication protocols and tools
Experience with in Vehicle Networking
Well organized, able to handle multiple detailed tasks and work professionally with various levels of DTNA management
Experience with vehicle ECU or feature troubleshooting
Ability to work in an environment of ambiguity and ongoing change
Strong proficiency in DTNA systems
Experience with AUTOSAR, OSEK and Vehicle networking tools
