About The Role

We’re looking for a System Support Executive to support our management system, provide user assistance, conduct system training, and troubleshoot technical issues across various sites. 

What You Will Be Doing

• Handle issues relating to the in-house property management system
• Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions
• Provide system support to users across various sites
• Conduct system training and onboarding for new staff
• Provide telephone, email, and face-to-face technical support
• Liaise with external support vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Assist with other IT network and support activities as required
• Monitor and maintain web applications and security

We’re Looking For Someone Who’s

• Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Real Estate Business, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of MS SQL
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and provide effective support to users
