System EngineerJob Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Ownership
- Own the technical performance and system integration of assigned product platforms and critical subsystems.
- Develop deep expertise in process, hardware, software, materials, and their interactions within the overall system.
- Support the full product lifecycle from concept development and qualification through production release and sustaining engineering.
2. Qualification & Verification
- Develop and execute qualification strategies and test plans.
- Lead Design Verification Tests (DVT), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), reliability testing, and process qualification activities.
- Define acceptance criteria, analyze test results, and support product release decisions.
3. Process Performance & Optimization
- Evaluate system and process performance using statistical analysis and engineering methodologies.
- Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities to enhance cleaning performance, reliability, throughput, and cost effectiveness.
- Optimize materials, components, and overall system performance through data-driven decision making.
4. Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving
- Lead root cause investigations for complex technical issues and customer-related challenges.
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, DOE, and statistical analysis.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable solutions.
5. Innovation & Technology Development
- Contribute to the development of next-generation cleaning technologies and product enhancements.
- Evaluate new materials, components, and process concepts through feasibility studies and technical validation.
- Collaborate with global teams and suppliers to drive technology innovation and adoption.
6. Cross-Functional Technical Leadership
- Serve as the technical interface among R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, suppliers, and customers.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, technical decision-making, and risk management.
- Share best practices and provide technical guidance to support organizational success.
7. Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvements in product quality, process capability, reliability, manufacturing efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction through structured, data-driven approaches.
- Lead improvement initiatives and ensure effective implementation, tracking, and long-term sustainability of results.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business engineering, industrial engineering, program management, project management or a related technical/business discipline.
- Additional certification in project or program management is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience
- 3+ years of project/program management experience in semiconductor, automation, manufacturing, or other high-tech industries.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and complex technical projects.
- Strong capabilities in project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience supporting new product development, product enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to global teams and multi-site collaboration is a plus.
Salary Ranges
NT$1,357,919.48 TWD to NT$1,837,185.18 TWD
