ABOUT ACCEL ENTERTAINMENT/ Century Gaming Technologies (NV)


Century Gaming Technologies (CGT) is a subsidiary of Accel Entertainment, the largest Gaming Terminal Operator in the country. At CGT we specialize in providing state of the art Video Gaming Machines and Player Rewards Systems to licensed bars, taverns, convenience stores, truck stops, and fraternal and veteran establishments across Nevada. Our focus is providing unmatched customer service, support, guidance, and compliance expertise so our partner establishments can grow their businesses by maximizing gaming revenue.

 

SUMMARY

A surveillance officer is a professional who provides a wide variety of security services, such as protecting their employer's property, ensuring customer security , and providing security reports to their employer's management team.

                                                                                      

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Observe activities that occur in all areas of CGT
  • Report all violations of gaming, safety, health and or policy and procedural violations that occur.
  • Ability to operate closed circuit television, video recording devices, and remote-control devices.
  • Ability to use a computer and associated hardware to complete documentation.
  • Provide and maintain surveillance operation to protect company assets and licenses.
  • Thorough knowledge of CGT’s policies and procedures
  • Thorough knowledge of gaming regulations
  • Accurately and confidentially observe and report all violations of law, regulations, and procedures.
  • Ability to remain impartial and keep confidential all actions and behavior observed.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Sign in and out vehicles and keysets when required by technicians.
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be quality conscious and flexible
  • Must have or apply for & receive a Gaming Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board
  • At least six (6) months previous experience preferred
  • Must own weapon and have a firearm permit.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

                    Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with this job description

                    Must be able to move about intermittently during working hours including standing, lifting, bending, twisting, pushing, and

                    pulling without accommodation

                    Must be able to tolerate high noise levels

                    Must be able to sit for prolonged periods  of time.   

                    Must be able to work long periods of time sequestered in a dark room.

                    Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

                    Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.

                    Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.                                                                                                                                                                                    

Base Pay Range:

$20.00

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
