The Support Services Specialist - Exec Support plays a critical role in supporting customer accounts, driving service excellence, and ensuring operational effectiveness across assigned business activities. This role partners with customers, service technicians, and business stakeholders to oversee account performance, coordinate projects, improve processes, and contribute to strategic operational initiatives. The position requires a strong customer focus, leadership capability, and the ability to influence stakeholders while delivering results in a dynamic environment.

As a Support Services Specialist - Exec Support, you will be responsible for:

• Account Management, Oversee Service Technicians for the Account, Indirect upselling on Accounts, Customer Service.

• Develops an operational year plan for the own department activities.

• Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.

• Contributes to plan of larger unit.

• Works together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level.

• Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.

• Standardized project processes.

• Guidelines for choosing the right actions.

• Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.

• Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

• Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Have the ability to influence stakeholders and lead small teams effectively.

• Be capable of leading initiatives of moderate scope and business impact.

• Demonstrate strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.

• Have effective problem identification, analysis, and solution development skills.

• Possess proven analytical, organizational, and planning capabilities.

• Have experience in customer service, account management, or service operations environments
