The Role

• Provide technical support through written and verbal communication
• Perform triage, root cause analysis, debugging and troubleshooting across one to many Atlassian products
• Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades
• Create and maintain documentation for knowledge base, changes, upgrades and operational maintenance

What we are looking for

• A passion for learning new technologies.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively and openly with all levels of management, users and vendors.
• Analytical with good problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

 
Skill/knowledge required :

• Atlassian products
• Scripting capabilities
• CI/CD process

Familiarity in the following areas is an added advantage

• JFrog Artifactory
• Sonatype nexus
• Cloudbees CI
