  • Job Title: Supply Operations Specialist
  • Job Summary: The Supply Chain Specialist supports the execution of key supply chain operations, including purchase order management, inventory allocation, shipment tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Working closely with Production, Logistics, Planning, Category Management, and internal partners, this role helps ensure products move efficiently through the supply chain and operational priorities are executed effectively.

    This position is responsible for managing purchase order workflows, coordinating sample requests, monitoring inbound inventory, supporting allocation and replenishment activities, and escalating risks that may impact business objectives. The role also contributes to process improvement initiatives and operational enhancements that support the organization's continued growth and scalability.

What you’ll do

  • Purchase Order Management & Supply Execution
    • Create and manage all Pokémon Center purchase orders within Oracle to ensure timely and accurate order creation
    • Maintain purchase order records and monitor PO status throughout the order lifecycle.
    • Serve as the primary operational owner for Pokémon Center purchase order execution activities.
    • Support issue resolution related to purchase orders, shipment timing, and supply constraints.
  • Allocation & Inventory Support
    • Support inventory allocation processes across multiple sales channels
    • Maintain allocation control groups and support ongoing process execution and enhancements.
    • Ensure inventory decisions align with business priorities
  • Sample Request Coordination
    • Coordinate Pokémon Center sample requests from initiation through delivery.
    • Manage workflow tracking through Jira and collaborate closely with Logistics and Production teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the sample request process.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational sample request activities.
  • Inbound Tracking & Risk Management
    • Monitor supplier shipment status and inbound delivery timelines and work with logistics teams to identify and mitigate risks or delays.
    • Identify, communicate, and escalate potential delays or supply risks before they impact inventory availability.
    • Provide proactive updates to stakeholders regarding shipment status, risks, and mitigation plans.
    • Develop and maintain reporting tools that improve visibility into purchase order and shipment performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as a key operational liaison between Planning, Production, Logistics, Category Management, and internal partners.
    • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment on purchase orders, shipments, allocations, and supply risks.
    • Support operational meetings and provide updates on order execution, inbound status, and inventory impacts.
    • Leverage tools including Oracle, Jira, Slack, and planning systems to support day-to-day operations and collaboration.
  • Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reporting, and supply chain visibility.
    • Help establish standardized procedures for tracking, risk management, and purchase order execution.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve service levels.

               

What you’ll bring

  • Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience in supply chain, inventory management, operations, logistics, purchasing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, including purchase order execution, inbound logistics, inventory management, and production coordination.
  • Experience supporting inventory allocation, replenishment, or planning processes preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience creating and managing purchase orders within an ERP system such as Oracle.
  • Experience working with collaboration and workflow management tools such as Jira and Slack.
  • Familiarity with planning systems, inventory management tools, or supply planning software is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

 

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year. The full range is $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
