About this Supply Management MRTT role at Airbus
Job Description:
An opportunity for a Suply Management MRTT officer has arisen within Airbus Defense and Space, Sevilla.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Supply Officer in charge of the following activities:
- Act as focal point towards suppliers for operational activities, being responsible for On-Time and On-Quality deliveries.
- Act as main interface to internal customers ensuring the right level of visibility and customer protection, fostering our “customer oriented” value and increasing our business impact.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor supply chain deviations, lead recovery plans and implement containment actions to minimize impact.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize stock levels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Program to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Vendor Management: Support relationships with key suppliers, assisting in contract negotiations and monitoring service levels.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends and propose innovative solutions.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations meet internal quality standards and external regulations.
- Responsible for proactively and reactively ensuring Airbus D&S product conformity according to the defined quality inspection plan
- Interact with suppliers (remotely and/or at suppliers) as escalation
SKILLS:
- Degree in Engineering
- Level C1 English and Spanish.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- Valid driving licence.
Desirable Skills:
- General knowledge In Supply Chain and experience within Airbus Defense and Space MRTT
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
