Key Accountabilities
- Accountable for both planning and purchasing inventory/non-inventory material and outside service requirements to support business objectives.
- Perform analysis of a variety of supply chain data sets to measure performance, identify trends, mitigate impacts, and explore optimization opportunities.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain information critical to the procurement/sourcing process.
- Coordinate company purchases including creating purchase orders.
- Accountable for Key Performance Indicators including availability, stock outs and vendor on time delivery.
- Accountable for inventory exceptions and driving solutions for serving customer requirements.
- Negotiate and propose cost reduction initiatives from local vendor while maintaining productivity.
- Implement and modify systems, processes, and optimization projects in accordance with organizational goals.
- Provide analytics assistance through Root Cause and Correction Action investigations of supply shortage, operational miss, and other system and process failures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent education and experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years planning / scheduling experience in Operations or Supply Chain
- Ability to use and work effectively with ERP / MRP systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Microsoft Dynamics D365 experience preferred.
- Good understanding of supply chain metrics/KPI’s
- Detail oriented and able to perform detailed data analysis.

The compensation range identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on compensable factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
The Salary Range: $63,000 - 83,000 CAD
