岗位职责
- 协助供应链团队完成日常的数据整理与报告编制工作，包括库存汇总、销售数据清洗与分析、退货单据核对与归档等；
- 参与供应链数据项目的数据开发、数据清洗、测试与验证
- 跟进供应链各环节的执行状态，及时更新并反馈到货、贴标、清关与异常处理进度，协助协调仓库、采购、物流和报关团队推动问题解决；
- 负责维护和优化日常报表与SOP（例如建立模板、自动化脚本或使用 Power Query/宏提高工作效率），并对关键数据指标进行日常监控，提出改进建议以支持运营决策。
任职要求
- 全日制本科或在读硕士，供应链管理、物流、数据分析、统计或相关专业优先；有相关实习经验者更佳。
- 每周可到公司办公 3–4 天，能够配合现场跟进与跨部门沟通。
- 具备扎实的 Excel 能力（含透视表、常用函数、数据透视图、Power Query 或 VBA 基础），有数据清洗与分析经验者优先；熟悉 SQL、Python 或 BI 工具（Power BI、Tableau）者加分。
- 对数据敏感、逻辑清晰、注重细节，具备良好的问题定位与跟进能力；有良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识，能在快节奏环境下高效执行任务。
- 英语读写能力或其他语言能力者优先。
