Based on our Campus in Goettingen (Germany) or in Aubagne (France) with the possibility to work some days in a week remotely, you will become part of a team of six dedicated professionals who look forward to shaping the future together with you.
Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities
Analyze supply chain, planning, and performance data to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, opportunities, and improvement potential while providing actionable recommendations to planners and leadership teams
Develop and maintain KPI reporting, dashboards, and planning analytics covering forecast accuracy, inventory, service levels, supply performance, delivery reliability, and planning adherence to ensure transparency and data consistency
Support Demand Reviews, Supply Reviews, Sales & Operations Planning processes, and executive reviews through scenario modeling, sensitivity analyses, business performance assessments, and decision-ready presentations
Contribute to root-cause analyses, planning transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement programs by monitoring improvement measures and supporting planning maturity development
Drive data governance activities by improving reporting structures, master data quality, KPI definitions, planning standards, and the integrity of planning-related reporting
What Will Convince Us
Academic degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Operations Analytics, Business Analytics, or a comparable analytical function
Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, planning processes, KPI reporting, and performance management concepts
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and reporting tools as well as experience with ERP and planning systems, preferably SAP
Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into business insights and recommendations
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills combined with a structured, detail-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset
