    • Track provisioned versus active usage and provide early visibility into expansion needs.
    • Maintain dashboards showing available capacity, forecasted growth, and expected exhaustion timelines by site and service type.
      • Vendor Evaluation & Cost Analysis

        • Build standardized cost-comparison models to identify the most cost-efficient vendor options.
        • Support procurement decisions with clear, data-driven recommendations and total cost analyses.
        • Monitor vendor pricing, terms, and performance to ensure competitiveness and long-term value.
          • Operational Reporting & Insights
            • Develop and manage a monthly reporting package or dashboard showing month-over-month and year-over-year variances in data center and network costs, and aggregate breakdowns by region, vendor, and service category.
            • Compare committed capacity versus billed actuals to identify underutilized or overextended resources and ensure full use of contracted commitments.
            • Validate and reconcile data across Finance and Operations to ensure reporting accuracy.
            • Present insights and recommendations that inform vendor selection, cost optimization, and capacity planning across teams.
