  • Partner closely with engineering and product design on development activities such as spec qualification, PFMEA/DFMEA, and reliability testing
  • Analyze data and share clear, actionable summaries with the team

  • Lead CTQ (Critical to Quality) implementation at supplier sites, using FMEA, control plans, MSA, CPK, SPC, and error-proofing to standardize and improve their processes
  • Support cross-functional teams on continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
  • Drive supplier scorecard performance (CTQ, Lean, PPM) to hit annual KPIs
  • Apply DOE, process FMEA, and other industry-standard tools to get ahead of process risks and fine-tune parameters
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams on PCN review, approval, or disapproval

Qualifications

  • Track record leading and managing relationships with contract manufacturers; experience in consumer goods or home appliances is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently under pressure across multiple product categories, with sharp problem-solving instincts
  • Hands-on experience across the product development cycle, including EVT, DVT, and PVT
  • Certified as an ISO 9001 internal auditor or Lead Auditor, or equivalent auditing experience
  • Strong command of core quality tools, including PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, and APQP, and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus
