About this Supplier Quality Engineer role at Munters

- Leads the Total Quality Management for all supplier audit, include new and existing supplier audit, follow up the findings during the audit, prepare/update Quality Agreement between Munters and Suppliers.
- Draft and finalize the Quality requirement of parts based on CP,FMEA, and the technical requirement, example, Drawing, Spec, Data sheet, and technical standard etc. and clarify quality requirement (quality requirements, measuring methods, etc) between Munters and suppliers
- Responsible for the verification of purchased part as well as to clarify the acceptability of deviations found during the approval process with R&D and other involved functions
- Coordinates supplier-related deviations, concessions and ensures the robustness of the corrective actions of suppliers; if necessary, by follow up and validation of actions on site at the suppliers
- Develop and implement supplier performance cards and monitor supplier performance trends.Drives supplier quality improvement programs and applies the company rules; if necessary, organizes top worst supplier meetings together with Purchasing, Plan and perform supplier audits with focus on supplier quality continuous improvement
- Manages supplier quality complaints (8D), Communicates Lessons Learned and support in standardization and continuous improvement in supplier side.
- Other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.
