About ACCIONA
ACCIONA Infrastructure brings more than 100 years of experience to projects across Australia, with core capabilities spanning civil, rail, tunnelling, ground engineering, water and design. Its teams deliver civil and earthworks packages for both mining and infrastructure clients across Western Australia, including regional and remote sites, giving supervisors genuine breadth across a national program of work.
About the Opportunity
As Civil Supervisor - Earthworks/Concrete, you will report to the Superintendent and take day to day ownership of earthworks delivery across mining and infrastructure work sites. You will coordinate crews, plant and subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and resolve issues as they arise. Working a 2&1 FIFO roster between Kalgoorlie and Pilbara, you will balance program, cost and quality across your scope, lead and develop your team, and build genuine supervisory experience across two active regional operations within ACCIONA's Infrastructure business.
Key accountabilities for the position will be:
- Oversee daily construction activities to keep work safe and on program.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors and plant across your work fronts.
- Enforce safety, quality and ACCIONA procedures across the site.
- Resolve technical and workforce issues as they arise on site.
- Manage resources, risk and scope to protect the schedule.
- Lead and develop your team, delegating tasks to their strengths.
- Report progress and performance to the project leadership team.
Required Skills and Competencies
.What capability and experience will you need to have:
- Hold a current Construction Induction (White) Card at all times.
- Be trade qualified in a relevant civil construction discipline.
- Bring sound working knowledge of HS&E requirements and standards.
- Bring proven experience in a construction or engineering role.
