Job Description:

·         Lead one or multiple incoming and/or outgoing process(es) and corresponding team(s);

·         Ensure KPIs are met according to customer expectation:

o   Plan resources to ensure positive logistic workflow;

o   Pro-active approach in case of any deviations;

·         People management:

o   Coaching team members;

o   Annual performance reviews;

o   Omission guidance & (holiday) resource planning;

·         Drive continuous improvement within assigned process(es);

o   Daily reporting of results & analysis for improvement;

·         Ensure standardization of process(es) and follow-up of Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions:

o   Maintain compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role in a logistic environment;
• Application of LEAN tools in daily business;
• Strong communicative and analytical skills.

What we offer:

• Minimum salary of € 55,000,- gross per year including 8% holiday pay (grading based on knowledge and experience);
• Bonus target 10% of annual salary (including holiday pay);
