About the role:
The Supervisor, Spa and Wellness is responsible for providing professional massage and / or facial for any guests according to product house and Four Seasons standards. Conduct training for all Spa Therapists and to train Spa Concierge in all treatments and retail items.

What you will do:

• The ability to provide professional massage for guests including body and facial treatments

• Conduct training and work closely with all Spa Therapist and Spa Concierge to train and control professional product usage

• Keep professional inventory count and immediately report items which need to be re-ordered

• Check treatment rooms for cleanliness and maintenance and report negative findings for rectification

What you bring:

• A minimum of a High School or equivalent education.

• Conversational skills of English and Cantonese/Mandarin languages.

• Pleasant and caring attitude toward the guest

• Licensed massage therapist, holistic health practitioner
