Job Description:

Job Summary**

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient production within the refinery, maintaining safety standards and optimizing processes for SD Guthrie International Morakot Public Company Limited.

Job Responsibilities**

* Supervise and lead a team of refinery operators and technicians, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
* Monitor and control refinery processes, including distillation, cracking, and blending, to meet production targets and quality specifications.
* Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
* Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, identifying and addressing potential issues or malfunctions.
* Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and preventative maintenance activities.
* Analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
* Prepare and maintain accurate production records, reports, and logs.
* Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
* Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in refinery operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Strong understanding of refinery processes, equipment, and control systems.
* In-depth knowledge of safety procedures, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in relevant software applications and control systems.
