Job Description:

DEUTSCH

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter und Schichtleiter
• Sicherstellung der Produktionsziele hinsichtlich Qualität, Liefertermintreue, Produktivität, Kosten und Arbeitssicherheit
• Aktive Steuerung des täglichen Produktionsablaufs im Mehrschichtbetrieb
• Analyse von Produktionsproblemen und nachhaltige Umsetzung wirksamer Lösungen
• Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen (OEE, Ausschuss, Produktivität, Anlagenverfügbarkeit etc.) und Ableitung geeigneter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Durchführung von Shopfloor-Meetings und Förderung einer offenen Kommunikations- und Feedbackkultur
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen unter Anwendung von Lean-Methoden (5S, TPM, PDCA, Kaizen)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsplanung, Qualität, Instandhaltung, Industrial Engineering und Logistik
• Verantwortung für Personalplanung, Qualifizierung sowie Entwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter und Auszubildenden
• Unterstützung von Investitions-, Optimierungs- und KVP-Projekten

 

ENGLISH

• Providing technical and managerial guidance and fostering the professional development of your employees and shift supervisors
• Ensuring that production targets are met in terms of quality, on-time delivery, productivity, costs, and workplace safety
• Actively managing daily production operations in a multi-shift environment
• Analyzing production problems and implementing effective, sustainable solutions
• Evaluating relevant key performance indicators (OEE, scrap rate, productivity, equipment availability, etc.) and deriving appropriate improvement measures
• Conducting shop floor meetings and fostering a culture of open communication and feedback
• Continuously optimize processes using Lean methods (5S, TPM, PDCA, Kaizen)
• Work closely with production planning, quality, maintenance, industrial engineering, and logistics
• Be responsible for workforce planning, training, and the development of your employees and trainees
• Support for investment, optimization, and continuous improvement projects

 

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH:

• Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister Metall, staatlich geprüften Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ ein Studium im Bereich Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau oder WirtschaftsingenieurwesenMehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer produzierenden Industrie – idealerweise in der Automotive-Zulieferindustrie
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Produktionsmitarbeitern
• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz sowie eine strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrung in Produktionssteuerung, Shopfloor Management und Kennzahlenmanagement
• Gute Kenntnisse in Lean Management und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-/MES-Systemen sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
• Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein motivierender Führungsstil

 

ENGLISH:

• Completed advanced training as an industrial foreman in metalworking, a state-certified technician, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a degree in production engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineeringSeveral years of professional experience in a manufacturing industry—ideally in the automotive supply industry
• Several years of experience managing production staff
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical approach to work
• Experience in production control, shop floor management, and key performance indicator management
• Good knowledge of lean management and continuous improvement processes
• Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and standard MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills, the ability to assert oneself, and a motivational leadership style
