Job Description:

Job Summary:**

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and support business decision-making for SD Guthrie International Morakot Public Company Limited.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of the MIS team, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and professional development.
* Manage the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of various MIS applications and databases.
* Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of all data within the MIS.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
* Develop and implement MIS policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Collaborate with various departments to understand their data requirements and provide appropriate MIS solutions and reports.
* Prepare and present regular reports on system performance, data trends, and project status to management.
* Identify opportunities for system improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in MIS.
* Manage vendor relationships for software and hardware solutions related to MIS.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in MIS, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
* Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and data warehousing concepts.
* Proficiency in reporting tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS) is highly desirable.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network administration is a plus.
