Role Summary
Oversee and coordinate daily production line operations, ensuring schedules are met, issues are resolved, and safety, quality, and productivity standards are maintained.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support production teams to achieve operational goals and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Monitor production performance, inventory, and equipment issues; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and facilitate communication across teams.
  • Train new employees, support performance development, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production supervision, or operations leadership.
  • Strong skills in team leadership, problem-solving, planning, and organization.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, safety standards, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
