Provides day-to-day supervision and coordination for a team of employees. Ensures the timely completion of team deliverables and supports first-level employee-related activities in accordance with local policies and guidelines. Responsibilities may include performance monitoring, coaching and development discussions, employee administration, and support for initial or informal disciplinary processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support basic people management activities and assist managers with employee-related administrative tasks.
- Monitor and drive workgroup performance to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
- Providing first-line leadership support and guidance to the team.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact between onshore teams and offshore management.
- Coordinate daily team activities to maintain productivity, quality, and service standards.
