¿Te gusta liderar equipos y que todo funcione impecable? En Goddard Catering Group buscamos un/a Supervisor/a de Higiene para nuestra operación en Libertad.

Tu misión: asegurar que todas las áreas se mantengan limpias, seguras y en cumplimiento de las normas de calidad e inocuidad alimentaria (HACCP).

Qué vas a hacer:

• Coordinar y acompañar al equipo de higiene, promoviendo un buen clima de trabajo.

• Inspeccionar instalaciones y equipos, detectar necesidades de limpieza y proponer mejoras.

• Controlar el stock y el uso de productos químicos e insumos.

• Velar por las Buenas Prácticas de Manipulación e Higiene, el aseo personal y el uso del uniforme.

• Participar junto a RRHH en la selección, capacitación y evaluación del equipo.

• Sostener las rutinas del sistema de gestión Lean.

Qué buscamos:

• Ciclo básico completo.

• Al menos 1 año de experiencia supervisando en el área de limpieza o higiene.

• Conocimiento de productos químicos y normas de higiene.

• Liderazgo, organización y capacidad para resolver problemas bajo presión.

• Valoramos cursos de supervisión o liderazgo.

Horario: 14 a 22 h, régimen 6x1.
