About this Supervision Management Specialist role at AIA
As a Supervision Management Specialist, you will play a key role in helping AIA maintain strong advice quality, governance, and regulatory standards across our Financial Advice Provider network. Working closely with advisers, business stakeholders, and internal teams, you will provide oversight, coaching, and guidance that supports great customer outcomes and builds confidence in our advice services. Your Impact
- Conduct supervision reviews that strengthen adviser compliance, advice quality, and customer outcomes across the AIA FAP network
- Identify emerging risks, analyse compliance trends, and recommend practical actions that improve governance and regulatory alignment
- Deliver targeted coaching and feedback that supports adviser development, capability growth, and consistent standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues, manage escalations, and implement effective remedial actions
- Produce clear insights and reporting that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement across supervision activities
- Develop and enhance supervision processes, frameworks, and communications that improve efficiency, consistency, and quality
Your Capabilities
- You have strong knowledge of the financial services industry, financial products, and the regulatory frameworks that support quality advice delivery
- You bring the confidence to influence, engage, and build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- You have experience coaching and developing others, providing constructive feedback that supports growth and performance improvement
- You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify risks, recognise trends, and recommend effective solutions
- You have the ability to communicate clearly through written reports, presentations, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- You have experience in supervision, assurance, compliance, or a related risk management environment
- You have achieved NCFS Level 5
- You may also have a relevant tertiary qualification or experience that has built equivalent capability and expertise
