As an intern, you will:

· Apply classroom knowledge to real-world technical sales and healthcare technology projects.

· Assist with documenting technical workflows, product capabilities, and best practices.

· Help maintain demo environments, technical assets, and sales tools used by the field team.

· Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Clinical, Implementation, and other cross-functional partners.

· Build presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills while learning how technology supports better patient care.

· Network with technical experts across the business while receiving mentorship from experienced Sales Engineers.

Opportunities Available

As an Inside Sales Engineering Intern, you may support projects across several areas of the Sales Engineering organization, including:

Technical Sales Support: Assist with technical research, opportunity preparation, solution documentation, and internal sales support for connected healthcare technologies.

Product Demonstrations and Demo Environments: Help prepare, maintain, and improve product demo environments, demo kits, presentations, and supporting materials used by Sales Engineers and customers.

Solution Design and Documentation: Support the creation of solution diagrams, workflow documentation, technical requirements, and customer-facing resources that explain how Stryker solutions fit into clinical environments.

Sales Enablement and Process Improvement: Help develop tools, training materials, knowledge resources, and process improvements that make the Sales Engineering team more effective and consistent.

Data and Business Insights: Assist with tracking project activity, organizing technical information, creating reports, and identifying trends that can help inform team priorities and business decisions.

What You Need

· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.

· Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above, verified at the time of hire.

· Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

· Interest in healthcare technology, technical sales, clinical workflows, or connected care solutions.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams.

· Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Familiarity with technical concepts such as networking, software, hardware, data, or system integration is preferred, but not required.

· Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a dynamic team environment.

  

 

$20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring locatio
