About this Student Worker, Business Change & Implementation role at STARK Group
Curious about how large organisations implement change and looking for a student job where you'll do more than support projects and instead become part of making change happen?
In STARK Group’s Business Transformation department, we are looking for a student worker who is curious, proactive and ready to become an important part of our Business Change & Implementation team. From day one, you will gain hands-on experience in one of the largest digital transformation programmes in the Nordics while taking ownership of your own tasks, priorities and deadlines. We believe in giving our student workers real responsibility – not just assisting from the sidelines – and we're looking for someone who works independently, follows through on commitments and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. You'll work alongside experienced Change Managers, Project Managers and business stakeholders, contributing to everything from communication and training to workshops, AI tools and project coordination.
What you will be doing
You'll help us turn change into reality by supporting projects from planning through implementation. Working alongside experienced Change Managers, you'll help ensure that new ways of working, processes, and technologies are successfully adopted across the organisation. Here you will support a variety of activities that help colleagues understand, embrace, and benefit from change.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Supporting Change Managers in planning and delivering change activities across the programme and towards the business.
- Creating presentations, newsletters, visual communication and other engaging content.
- Coordinating training activities, surveys and feedback collection.
- Preparing workshops and meetings, documenting outcomes and following up on actions.
- Maintaining SharePoint pages, templates, toolkits and project documentation.
- Analysing feedback and helping translate insights into practical improvements.
- Exploring new digital and AI-powered tools that can improve the way we work.
- Taking ownership of a wide range of ad hoc tasks – big or small.
Who you are
More than anything, we're looking for the right mindset. You probably recognise yourself in many of these statements:
- I take ownership and make sure things get done, without someone having to remind me.
- If I don't know how to do something, I'll ask and learn.
- I enjoy both creative and practical work, and no task is too small or too big.
- I'm comfortable navigating new digital tools and systems – and I enjoy figuring them out.
- I communicate confidently with different stakeholders and enjoy collaborating across teams.
- I have a positive, can-do attitude and naturally look for solutions rather than obstacles.
We imagine that you are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business & IT, Digital Business, Communication, Information Science, Organisational Development, Digital Design, or a similar field.
Previous student work experience is an advantage, but your attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn matter even more.
Why join us?
You'll join a team where student workers are trusted with real responsibility from day one. Rather than observing from the sidelines, you'll contribute to projects that support business change across STARK Group and gain hands-on experience with communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and digital transformation.
It's a great opportunity to build practical experience, develop new skills, and work alongside experienced colleagues who are invested in helping you learn and grow.
Welcome to STARK Group
When joining STARK Group, you'll become part of a digital transformation journey as we replace legacy systems with modern, scalable and integrated solutions across several business units. Our mission is to create technology that enables the business to work smarter and deliver an even better experience for our customers.
As part of the Business Change & Implementation team, you'll help ensure that new solutions are successfully adopted by the people who use them – because technology only creates value when people embrace it.
Want to join the team?
Send us your motivated application and CV as soon as possible. We review applications on an ongoing basis and will close the process as soon as we've found the right candidate.
