This Position reports to:
IS Department Manager Data ManagementWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our dynamic and innovative Configuration Management Team (CMDB Team). This role is designed for someone eager to develop their skills in data management, modern IT infrastructure, and collaborative problem-solving. As a Data Cleanup Intern, you will be responsible for monitoring data quality, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating follow-up actions by tracking results and proposing corrective measures.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of enterprise-level data management, learning how to maintain and improve data integrity within complex systems while working closely with a diverse and talented team of professionals.
About the Internship:
- Start date: 12.10.2026
- Work in a modern office in Kraków
- Hybrid work model (1-2 days in the office, 3-4 days working from home)
- We expect availability of 30 hours per week

Your responsibilities:
- Compare, analyze, and validate data sets for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and flag inconsistencies in the data and propose necessary corrective actions
- Assist in organizing and tracking data cleanup activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and with precision
- Provide support in developing reports to track progress on data cleansing efforts
Requirements:
- 2nd- or 3rd-year university student, preferably studying IT or a technical field
- Good command of English (B2)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; basic knowledge of report generation and data analytics would be an advantage
- Any programming skills would be a nice-to-have
