Job Details:
Purpose
This position will support staff, faculty, and students in the Department of Philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and answering the main phone line.
- Retrieve and distribute mail, assist with copying and scanning.
- Assist with tracking office supply needs and restocking as needed
- Assist with department events
- Assist with various administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
Professional demeanor and strong verbal and written communication skills. Student enrollment required.
Salary Range
$15/hour
