Job Description:

Enfinity Global is looking for a Structured Finance Analyst to support the structuring and execution of project finance transactions for renewable energy and power infrastructure assets across Japan. This role involves financial modeling, lender and stakeholder coordination, and preparation of investment and financing materials to support the company's financing strategy in the Japanese market.

The key tasks are to support the structuring and execution of non-recourse project debt, mezzanine debt and equity; liaise with Japanese and international banks, advisors, and investment partners; conduct financial due diligence and support M&A transactions; build and maintain financial models; prepare investment committee and lender materials; and coordinate documentation between Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the origination and structuring of financing (debt and equity) for renewable energy and power infrastructure projects in Japan.
• Support financial due diligence and M&A transactions involving renewable energy and power infrastructure assets in Japan.
• Act as a bilingual liaison between Enfinity's global finance team and Japanese banks, advisors, and regulators.
• Build and maintain robust financial models to support financing and investment decisions.
• Deliver high-quality investment materials, lender presentations, and financing documentation in both Japanese and English.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in structured finance, project finance, or corporate banking, ideally within the power, energy, or infrastructure sectors. Prior experience in development or heavy-asset industries (e.g., energy, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing) is highly valued.
• CFA, FMVA, or similar financial certification (a plus).
• Native or business-level fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent), with strong professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks across cultures under tight deadlines.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
• Experience preparing investment memos, lender materials, and presentations.
• Experience in power, energy, or renewable energy project finance in Japan.
• Familiarity with Japanese lending practices, METI regulations, and local financial institutions.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
