About this Strategy & Ops Analyst role at Tryjeeves
Jeeves is the stablecoin-native banking platform for global enterprises. Thousands of companies across 35 countries run their corporate cards, payments, treasury and spend on one platform, with more than $5B in annualized volume, payouts to 190 countries, and one of the fastest-growing stablecoin payment networks in the world. BMW, H&M, Lululemon, Burger King, Kavak and XP are among them, and more than 80% of customers use multiple Jeeves products.
We chose hard problems on purpose.
We hire for one thing: relentlessness. A strong motor that keeps going when the problem has no playbook. You'll know in your first week if Jeeves is right for you. For the right people, it's the steepest learning curve of your career.
Jeeves has raised more than $400 million in equity funding from Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, CRV, Coinbase Ventures, GIC, AllianceBernstein, CoinFund and others.
If you want to rebuild how money moves across borders, come build it with us.
What You'll Do:
Run recurring operations processes end to end across billing, banking partners, and client reporting — following documented SOPs, hitting the deadlines, and flagging exceptions early
Automate the work itself: build, test, and maintain Claude replacing manual steps, with the goal of eliminating manual work rather than just completing it
Monitor daily and weekly operations, triage what's real, resolve what you can, and escalate what you can't
Document everything in Notion: keep process pages, exception logs, and trackers current so any process you own is transferable to someone else on day one
Bring a process efficiency mindset: identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and redesign workflows while safeguarding the accuracy and audit trail that financial operations demand
Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Sales to turn recurring manual fixes into permanent product fixes, and to support new launches on the operations side
What We're Looking For
Fluent Portuguese and English. Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally between regions. Spanish is a plus.
0–2 years of experience. Recent graduates are very welcome — a degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, engineering, or a related field, or an internship in operations, finance, consulting, or fintech
Genuine excitement to work with AI tools like Claude every day, and interest in building automations rather than only using them. No prior experience required, but curiosity and willingness to experiment are non-negotiable
Strong spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, lookups, building and maintaining recurring files). Comfort with SQL, or a real appetite to learn it quickly — we live in Metabase
Strong attention to detail. This work touches client money, invoices, and credit limits; you catch things others miss and take documentation seriously
Highly adaptable; you handle shifting priorities and ambiguity well and can switch context across processes, regions, and products without losing rigor
Comfort with repetitive, documentation-heavy work, paired with the instinct to systematize and automate it rather than just power through it
Clear written communication in both languages, for client-facing and internal correspondence
Nice to have: fintech, banking, or startup experience; exposure to Python, SQL, or Apps Script; familiarity with Notion, Slack, HubSpot, or Linear
Why Join Us:
You'll see how a global fintech actually works from the inside — billing, credit, collections, banking partners, compliance, and the product decisions behind all of it. You'll build real financial operations expertise fast, and you'll learn to build AI-powered automations that reshape how an entire team operates.
