As a Strategy Intern, you will work closely our Strategy and Planning team to support the development and execution of brand campaigns and strategies. You will be exposed to working with wide array of clientele in various industries while gaining insight into the strategic process of VML. You will get a chance to know various aspects of marketing strategy including market research, competitive analysis, content creation, campaign execution, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data from various sources (consumer trends, competitor analysis, industry reports) to make informed proposals
  • Campaign Strategy Support: Support seniors in the team to develop marketing and communications strategies for various clients and internal
  • Content Strategy: Contribute to brainstorming, creating, and curating content ideas for social media, digital campaigns, and other marketing
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing, communication, and digital trends to provide fresh insights and innovative
  • Campaign Reporting & Metrics: Assist in monitoring performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing reports for internal teams or
  • Any other reasonable duties, functions or responsibilities assigned to you from time to time

What You’ll Learn:

  • Development of marketing strategies from start to finish
  • Market research, data analysis, and using insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Exposure to creative content strategies, digital marketing tools, and cross-channel campaign
  • The opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team in the agency

Preferred Requirements:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated with a Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar degree
  • Strong interest in marketing, communications, and strategy with a desire to learn and grow in the
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a knack for crafting clear, compelling
  • Excellent organizational, time and self-management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, or CRM tools is a
  • A creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset who is eager to bring fresh ideas to the
  • Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under
  • Able to commit for at least 4-6 months (Full-time is preferred)
