• Blending physical and digital engagement models to give customers a seamless service model 

• Using new technologies & platforms to deliver business and operating models change 

About the Role 

You'll work within high-performing teams on large-scale transformation programmes, helping clients use leading technologies to improve customer experience and build lasting relationships. Your expertise and skills should include the following focus areas: 

AI & Digital Transformation: 

• Leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to redesign customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new sources of growth 
• Front-office operating model change for B2B and B2C organisations 

• Identifying growth opportunities and shaping strategies to deliver them 

• Translating strategic vision into a clear roadmap for change 

• Designing customer-facing propositions, offerings, and pricing strategies 

• Supporting digital transformation delivery, including building and tracking business cases and measuring value through improved customer experience or reduced cost-to-serve 

Customer-Centricity: 

• Supporting the delivery of AI-enabled customer engagement and personalisation solutions that enhance customer experiences and business outcomes 
• Customer-centric process redesign, using creativity and design thinking 

• Introducing new ways of working to client organisations 

• Leading and facilitating design workshops 

Interpersonal Skills & Ways of Working: 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 

• Experience managing risks and engaging senior stakeholders 

• Ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams across all project stages, from proposal through to delivery 

• Familiarity with agile delivery and frameworks 

• 3+ years’ experience in design and delivery of customer impacting transformations or front-office operating model change
• Exposure to AI, automation, personalisation, or emerging technology-enabled transformation initiatives is desirable.
• Design Thinking practitioner
• Certification in Project Management desirable
• Certification in Agile Methodologies desirable
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
• Experience in management consulting is highly regarded
